State New Jersey Long Valley is an unincorporated improve and census-designated place (CDP) positioned inside Washington Township, in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. Known as German Valley since its foundation amid the colonial era, the improve was retitled in response to anti-German sentiment amid World War I. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's populace was 1,879. According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the CDP had a total region of 4.623 square miles (11.974 km2), including 4.566 square miles (11.825 km2) of territory and 0.057 square miles (0.148 km2) of water (1.24%).
